BL, no question LAD has the payroll to finance a strong team. Ohtani may very well be the best ever. Both, I suppose, can be true.
My point was to highlight what a joke the Mets are. The caliber of ball play I witnessed from them (aside from some decent pitching in the first half of the game) was something to behold.

While Pope Francis voiced strong opposition to Iran’s executions calling them “crimes against God and humanity” very little if anything at all has come from Pope Leo XIV.
