The very top as to dollars for car for son is about $21,000, including taxes, fees, etc.
With about $11,000 for down payment, this would mean borrow $9-10K and keep his monthly payment below $300/mo. which right now is about his max he could do.
Right now he is only working part time (20 hours a wk) due to Day Report Center required classes (due to his drug arrest) on M,W, F for several hours a day. The amt of hours is reducing as he worked through the various stages in the program and he is doing very well in his recovery.
Son has only been at FedEx for a month and is already being given new guys to train, still outperforming other forklift operators as to his output–despite lowing his productivity due to having to explain things/show things to new employee–and son has turned down two offers for full time jobs at FedEx in the last couple weeks. Two of his bosses have already come to him last week and complimenting him on his work and said he would be getting a bigger than average pay increase soon.

And NO Bitter, my hearing is still pretty good. Wife wears hearing aids, but not always while at home. I think she THINKS she told me X, Y, or Z, but really only thought about it in her head but not verbalized. Also she tends to want to talk to me in a soft voice (she talks much louder on the phone to others) and only when I am several rooms away from her and running the vacuum cleaner or having my head in a closet doing some cleaning of something.

My wife has an incredible memory for anything I ever said or she thinks I said, but very little memory of what she said, especially if any of the latter contradicts any of the former.

Another souiree here today. For Lunch. 5 or 6 people coming. Wife told me who all and how many, but I was not paying close attention turn because she uses too .any words to say things. It was not be ause I have a hearing problem.

I think the only generic poll that would be a good indicator would be a poll in each state with the most swing districts, and even then you should poll each district.
