    Think brainwashing doesn’t work?

A liberal mother in Portland, Oregon, says she has had thoughts of “taking out her kids” to protect them from ICE. “If it comes down to me taking out myself and my kids versus us being taken and harmed by ICE, death would be an easier out.”

Sounds just like WWII when we liberated Saipan, and the brainwashed locals threw themselves off a cliff to avoid the fear of what they were brainwashed with….being captured and tortured by our troops.

“Moore’s great-grandfather, the Rev. Josiah Johnson Thomas, preached at an Episcopal church in Pineville, SC, from 1922 through Dec. 1924, when he made an orderly and public transfer to Jamaica, his home country, to take over for a prominent Jamaican pastor who had unexpectedly died a week earlier. The Pineville church where Moore’s great-grandfather preached had a stellar reputation within the local white community during his time there from 1922 through 1924, according to contemporary reporting. William Guerry, the Episcopal Bishop of SC (best known for his work to advance racial equality & who oversaw the ordination of Moore’s great-grandfather) reported in 1924 the white community held the Pineville church in high regard for the work it performed for the black community. Guerry reported in 1925 the “colored work” at the Pineville church “is in a most prosperous condition.” Guerry made no mention or suggestion in his reporting that the Pineville church or its pastors had any sort of conflict with the Ku Klux Klan, which operated openly in the 1920s but didn’t have a chapter anywhere near Pineville during this timeframe.”

🇺🇸 U.S. ECONOMY SET FOR STRONG GROWTH, AI BOOSTS OUTLOOK Oxford Economics expects solid U.S. growth in 2026–2027, driven by AI investment, tax incentives, and high-earner spending. GDP is forecast at 2.8% in 2026 and 2.3% in 2027, following a 4.4% annualized gain in Q3 2025. AI and non-tech investments are rising, productivity is improving, and consumer spending is supported by stock-market gains and tax cuts. Inflation is projected to ease to 2.4%, enabling the Fed to cut rates twice next year. Lower immigration and weaker housing demand may further reduce inflation pressures. Overall, the economy is robust but remains sensitive to equity-market performance.

    A few highlights

However, the strain on Russia’s economy is telling, as War on the Rocks pointed out, Russia’s spending for the military in 2025 was, “40 percent of Russia’s federal expenditures would go to defense and national security — a share that would exceed Russia’s combined spending on education, health, and social and economic welfare.

The scale of casualties as of January 2026 is staggering. Russia has suffered over 1.2 million (killed, wounded, or missing). Fatalities are estimated to range from 243,000 to 352,000, with more than 160,000 names confirmed by independent media.

Russia’s strategy of trading large volumes of personnel and equipment for minimal, incremental territorial gains (averaging 15–70 meters per day in early 2025) is only an option because Moscow lacks a free and independent press.

Distributing information that contradicts the official military narrative can lead to up to 15 years in prison. The Kremlin utilizes state-run media, bot networks, and paid trolls to disseminate pro-war propaganda.

Putin is unmoved by the number of casualties. CSIS also pointed out that, “Russia’s daily average of casualties has increased every year since 2022. However, many of the soldiers killed and wounded in Ukraine are from Russia’s Far North, Far East, and prisons—and are not the children of Moscow and St. Petersburg elites.

Putin likely considers these types of soldiers more expendable and less likely to undermine his domestic political support base.”

This above is a report of a sampling of voter fraud, and it is by state. The Heritage Foundation compiled this list. Interesting to peruse. Check out your state.

THIS LIST IS NOT ALL CASES IN ALL STATES IN RECENT YEARS. IT IS A SAMPLING.

    ************

1176 proved cases of voter fraud involving a lot of things. Some are voting twice, some are false use of absentee ballots (voting of someone else’s single or multiple ballots), etc. some are ineligible voters, (illegal aliens, not citizens, convicted felons, etc.). Some were vote buying with money, cigarettes, beer and pork rinds ( WV).

Of these cases, interesting that MN had about 124 of the 1176 cases. VERY HIGH, it seems.

NY had maybe 50; MO had about 24; PA about 20 some.

The one thing I am a little iffy on is my son’s overtime pay. His employer sent out a letter saying that his overtime was $3,700, but the letter was unclear if ALL that was qualified to be “untaxed”. THIS year, the employer is not required by IRS to SHOW the untaxed overtime on the W-2, but next year they will be required to in a specific box on the W-2 and if that emplyee. When reading through the IRS regulations, it is sort of murky (naturally). They give some examples of someone making $15,000 in overtime and then saying that employee was getting “time and a half overtime, then $5,000 would be “untaxed”, but if they got $20,000 in overtime and their employer was paying “double time,” instead of “time and a half” then though you would think $10,000 should be qualified overtime to NOT pay taxes on, the IRS says it is only $5,000 qualified overtime, because of the IRS rule saying that only the amount of time and a half ($5,000) qualifies and not the full $10,000 in paid overtime. CLEAR?

    *******************

Usually, we get back 4 to 6 thousand from the feds ,and then owe the state $3,000 or more and have to pay a $100 penalty later besides because what we still owe is more than 10% of what was already withheld on teacher retirement pensions we get. I think I avoid the $100 penalty this year.

We have about $20,000 in F.I.T. withheld (deducted) from our SS checks and Teacher Retirement checks. Problem is that SS admin will not withhold any STATE tax off your SS check.

There’s been a lot of talk about the new “no tax on tips” part of the big beautiful bill, and I want to clear up one important detail that’s getting misunderstood 👇

👉 This does NOT mean all overtime pay is tax-free.
Under the proposal, only the overtime premium (the extra half-time portion) would be excluded from taxes — not your regular hourly wage.

    📌 Example:
If you normally make $20/hr, overtime is $30/hr.
    • The $20 regular rate is still taxable
    • Only the extra $10 (the half-time premium) would qualify as non-taxable

So yes, it’s some relief — especially for people working lots of overtime — but it’s not a total tax break on all overtime pay.

As always, details matter. Read the fine print and don’t rely on the headlines alone.

    💡 Knowledge = power.
