perhaps, the sc will send it back with the statement that Congress allows this and congress will need to change the law.I know the deadbeats felt like this was an easy win for the plaintiffs, but only because they listened to the first questions from the leftists (no nuffin, Sotohatewhiteymore, etc.).

32 degrees down here in South Fla. I spent most of yesterday wrapping up the wife’s orchids and other exotic plants that are mounted all over our property on trees and palms. Hopefully they survive. The rest of her collection that are in pots and hanging baskets now populate our entire garage. I’ve learned 2 things in all of this – 1) you can’t escape the freeze, and 2) my wife has way too many orchids.

Somehow I don’t see how you disqualify Cannon as a “fact witness” of the raid.
I doubt Brennan is even named in the case records, so how could anything in them predispose or “taint” Cannon against him.

After reading through all of the new Epstein documents, one thing seems abundantly clear to me; Epstein made NUMEROUS attemps to entrap Trump, but Trump turned him down every single time. Epstein had Maxwell introduce a young woman to Trump at Mar-a-Lago – Trump turned her down. Epstein invited Trump to his private island – Trump rejected the offer. Epstein himself admitted that Trump “never got a massage.” Epstein also attempted to collude with a journalist to obtain compromising information about Trump, but he couldn’t find any.

Oldest son from WI flew in Sat. Here until Monday evening for a visit.
I therefore am off the intertube til then and enjoying his company.
The four of us drove around to see an eagles nest about a mile from our house (eagles were there and visible for photo op earlier) then to Shepherdstown and Shep College campus and saw the frozen Potomac, then went to a steak house for dinner in Martinsburg.

What were the federal agents doing in Minnesota? They picked up over 100 refugees with no criminal records who had legal status. They took them shackled to Texas. A court said they had to be released, and at least some of them have had to find their own way home. The refugees include persecuted Christians from Myanmar.
It’s pure kidnapping. They’re just torturing people because they can.

Mann emphasized “decarbonization” efforts, claiming the “warming of Earth’s surface will stop” once carbon emissions reach zero.
Mann’s colleague Leigh Stearns said “a lot of evidence” points to future worsening of “extreme climatic events,” noting a “warmer ocean and a warmer atmosphere” make more powerful storms.
In 2024, Mann told CNN a pre-summer heatwave was a climate change-induced “glimpse of not only what our future will look like, but in fact, it will look quite a bit worse than this.”
Last year, Mann had his years-long libel lawsuit award of $1 million reduced to just $5,000 and was ordered to pay over half a million dollars in legal fees to defendant National Review.”
