Indiana house passed the redistricting effort that would produce a 9-0 delegation for the GOP. Senate to vote next. Pray they pass it.
I get it Bitter that it would be nice to have these only after every census, and then to have them be fair. But that ship sailed and sunk long ago. We can get 40% of the vote statewide in Massachusetts, but we get 0% of the congressional seats.

John Fredericks has been following and reporting on the Indiana redistricting vote. TPUSA was holding a rally in the Capitol Building encouraging the House to pass it, which they did. The Senate is another story. Even though the R’s have the majority, there are a number of those republicans who are balking voting for it. This morning they had secured 22 votes, but need 26 to have this redistricting measure to pass.

Also, my wife for Christmas got me a chorless, battery powered, wand, light-weight Dyson vacuum cleaner so vacuuming does not hurt my back as much.

Yep, I wrote a few threads ago that I am worried about Perry.
He is too conservative for the district and Stelson has a lot of name recognition as a former TV anchor. Plus, she pretends to be a moderate, when really she is a far left loon. She also has a lot of money to spend.
The only silver lining here is that none of this is news to Perry, if he wants to win he has almost a year to try to fight back. He is already running a few ads, but the ones against him are 3-1 in volume.
At this point I give Stelson a 60-40 chance. I like Perry, have met him several times. I will probably have a couple more chances to talk to him before the election.
