I don’t think its the final word on the race…obviously not a good poll for Earle-Sears. As a whole, the polling of this race was essentially the same leads that Warner had over Gillespie at this point in the race. Gillespie nearly won.
I also wonder about the Charlie Kirk effect in two ways. The rural voters responding by turning out in greater numbers than normal for a Gov race, and other voters not wanting to tell a pollster of a vote for Earle-Sears out of fear of being shot.
Some of the best ads against Spanberger are only now coming out. A month to go, a lot can happen.

And back in the mid 1980s when the Mets were good, they had TWO high caliber players for 3rd base. They were so good, each had their own hotel chain. Howard Johnson’s was higher class, as he was the better player, and Ray Knight had Knight’s Inn, a lower budget chain.

Cash Cow and I have learned quite a lot about the Charlie Kirk assassination.
–Kirk was not really there, it was a hologram of Kirk. He escaped into a trapdoor that that directly under the tent.
–a man standing behind Kirk pulled a zipper on his sleeve that ignited a device in the shirt Mike Kirk was wearing to shoot a bullet in him. Of course, the trigger mechanism would cause an explosion sound so it would also have to have a second trigger to make the sound of a rifle fired from the roof.
–Kirks own people assassinated him.
–The FBI released the footage from the security camera showing the shooter running on the rooftop, BUT why did they not release 5 seconds earlier in the footage that would show the shooter laying on the rooftop and taking the shot???
–The note and text messages allegedly from shooter Robinson were all contrived by the FBI
–three separate witnesses say they saw a female with the shooter
–the FBI standard procedure in such a case would have secured the crime scene and done a reinactment mock up of the shooting but they never did it after Kirk shooting.

I have now made fun of Charlie Cook’s toupee for more than a decade. But I just noticed his initial map for the US house race in 2026 is pretty favorable to the GOP.
