Alas, even suggesting an audit to follow the money set them off on a multi-post rant about something unrelated.”

    Zzzz….

Chicon the Putin bot nor the other Putinistas care about “audits”.

“Audits” is just code for denying aid to Ukraine so their hero Putin can prevail.

Let’s cut to the chase and stop the BS.

Every penny the US sends to any foreign country is audited.

    But the Putinistas know that.

  8. From the last thread where Zelenskyy doesn’t know where the money went…this is following story after news story citing officials and Ukrainians talking about the enormous amount of fiscal corruption still flourishing there. I guess the blinders ostriches wear here, causing them not to question unaccounted for money going into Ukraine, is perplexing to me. What will they say or do when better accounting reveals how foolishly many of our hard-earned funds were spent – money others here oftentimes desperately needed.

  10. Calling people “Putin toadies” just doesn’t cut it any more. This is especially true when these same people are too ego-driven to admit the failure of how this war was processed, where it is today, with Russia having taken over a fifth of the country, and so many lives lost and ruined because of such an ill-fated conflict.

Ill fated because your icon and hero Putin invaded Ukraine, NO OTHER REASON.

Why don’t you and Tina and Chicon and other Putin lapdogs admit that your ONLY objection to aid to Ukraine is the fact it kept Putin from annexing the country.

And the ONLY reason you don’t like the great Ukrainian leader and patriot Zelensky is that he was instrumental in keeping Putin from wining.

THAT is the absolute truth, the rest is your usual lies and dishonesty and despicable support for Putin’s war crimes.

You were wrong in supporting Putin’s war crimes

If you had any decency or integrity, you wouldn’t be able to sleep at night.

But since you are a despicable low life liar, you just keep kneeling on the altar of your hero.

  27. Tariffs

I understand there are all sorts of reason to put tariffs of China to use it as leverage to get China to do various things–like stop shipping fentanyl to Mexico, stop ignoring U.S. copyright laws and making knock off products that mimic the real things, Don’t be a dick when it comes to Taiwan, stop supplying arms and weapons to the the middle East nut jobs, etc.

I understand there are all sorts of reasons to put tariffs on Mexico to force them to do their part to shut off the never ending supply of illegals moving through Mexico to the U.S., force Mexico to go after the drug cartels and help crack down on the illegal drugs coming to the U.S. from Mexico

I must have missed it, but can anyone explain why we are putting a tariff on Canada? What is it we are trying to leverage them to do? Is it border security issues on the Canadian border?

  32. I must have missed it, but can anyone explain why we are putting a tariff on Canada?

There are drug cartels in Canada sending fentanyl over the border just like Mexico is doing. The tariffs were to leverage Canada to stop the drug flow over here. Also, illegals were crossing over the northern borders in greater numbers.
