Our Country is a disaster, a laughing stock all over the World! This is what happens when you have OPEN BORDERS, with weak, ineffective, and virtually nonexistent leadership. The DOJ, FBI, and Democrat state and local prosecutors have not done their job. They are incompetent and corrupt, having spent all of their waking hours unlawfully attacking their political opponent, ME, rather than focusing on protecting Americans from the outside and inside violent SCUM that has infiltrated all aspects of our government, and our Nation itself. Democrats should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen to our Country. The CIA must get involved, NOW, before it is too late. The USA is breaking down – A violent erosion of Safety, National Security, and Democracy is taking place all across our Nation. Only strength and powerful leadership will stop it. See you on January 20th. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
I thought all retired military were granted permanent hero status?”
Is that what anybody here said?
Or did we say a guy that was shot down over North Vietnam and maimed for life and who endured years of torture in a POW camp hell hole under horrible conditions was a war hero, and that his status as such should never be attacked by someone running for President (and who never served at all)?
The race for HHR Clown is going to be a barn burner.

Not everyone who served in the military is retired military. You need 20 years of service to retire from the military unless you are eligible for disability.
I read at HHR that the threat from terrorists was from foreigners coming through the unsecured border and not from American citizens. I guess the world is complex.
“It will be a happy new year for Joseph Shepard, the outgoing president of Western New Mexico University (WNMU), who is scheduled to receive a $1.9 million lump-sum payment on January 15 as part of a severance package after resigning amid allegations of “wasteful” and “improper” spending. Under the agreement, which the public university’s five-member Board of Regents unanimously approved on December 20, Shepard, who had been receiving about $415,000 annually in salary and bonuses as WNMU’s president, will step down into a tenured position paying him $200,000 a year to teach a couple of business classes each semester. The salary is guaranteed for at least five years, adding another $1 million to the cost for taxpayers.
That sweetheart deal for Shepard came a month after a scathing report from New Mexico State Auditor Joseph M. Maestas highlighted $214,000 in travel spending that violated WNMU’s own policies, along with another $150,000 or so in improper charges on university credit cards. One example of the former: The university spent $25,500 in taxpayer money for six staff members to undergo training at a Ritz-Carlton resort in Palm Springs, California. Searchlight New Mexico, which has been digging into WNMU’s spending practices for more than a year, notes that the same course was available online.
The state auditor’s report, which covers July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2023, describes “$214,261.91 worth of spending covering 402 instances of domestic and international travel and lodging for university staff and leadership” that were “found to be noncompliant with university policies and rules.” It also cites “$149,264.08 worth of spending” on university credit cards by Shepard “covering 91 instances of procurement,” including noncompliant purchases of “high-end custom furnishings” for Shepard’s house on the WNMU campus in Silver City.”
To clarify, I wasn’t saying that the Dems are toast for 20 years, only that they should be given their performance and base beliefs. And that they deserve an electoral beat down like what is coming for Trudeau’s Liberals.

Authorities no longer believe there are any other suspects involved in the New Year’s truck attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans that killed 14 people and injured 35 others, the FBI said Thursday.
After investigators reviewed all of the surveillance videos more closely, it appears that the suspect — 42-year-old Army veteran Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who also died in the attack — placed explosive devices in the area himself and then changed clothes, multiple law enforcement sources told ABC News.
The FBI is still investigating whether there were individuals Jabbar spoke to or messaged with prior to the early Wednesday attack, but no one was in the vicinity to help him do anything, the sources said.
Jason sez…”against any agreement that [1] rewards Putin for his invasion of Ukraine and the death and destruction toll that caused, and [2] doesn’t make clear to Putin that his plans for a new USSR/Greater Russia…”
#1 can’t happen if the deal gives any land to Russia.
#2 has already happened. Pretty sure Pooty Poot knows he ain’t capable of putting the USSR back together.
There’s a retired FBI guy on Fox talking about how much they know (and will know) about the Vegas and NO perps. They’re all over the place trying to give as much info as possible.
Meanwhile, they still don’t say much about Thomas Crooks…..
#2 has already happened. Pretty sure Pooty Poot knows he ain’t capable of putting the USSR back together.
Zzzzzzz…. typical Kremlin propaganda.
If Putin didn’t want to recreate the USSR he wouldn’t have annexed Belarus, invaded Chechnia and Georgia and would not be interfering in Moldova and the “Stans” in addition to the invasion of Ukraine.
Putin has himself stated that a Greater Russia is his ambition.
“Vladimir Putin has compared himself to the 18th-century Russian tsar Peter the Great, drawing a parallel between what he portrayed as their twin historic quests to win back Russian lands.
“Peter the Great waged the great northern war for 21 years. It would seem that he was at war with Sweden, he took something from them. He did not take anything from them, he returned [what was Russia’s],” the Russian president said on Thursday after a visiting an exhibition dedicated to the tsar.
After months of denials that Russia is driven by imperial ambitions in Ukraine, Putin appeared to embrace that mission, comparing Peter’s campaign with Russia’s current military actions.
“Apparently, it is also our lot to return [what is Russia’s] and strengthen [the country]. And if we proceed from the fact that these basic values form the basis of our existence, we will certainly succeed in solving the tasks that we face.”
and
First and foremost it is worth acknowledging that the demise of the Soviet Union was the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century,” Putin said. “As for the Russian people, it became a genuine tragedy. Tens of millions of our fellow citizens and countrymen found themselves beyond the fringes of Russian territory”
1 can’t happen if the deal gives any land to Russia.”
Not quite.
Russia has paid a huge price in human and material terms for what they have conquered so far, and even that includes what they already had before the invasion.
So keeping some land might not be such a “reward” considering the cost.
My wording was:
I am against any agreement that rewards Putin for his invasion of Ukraine and the death and destruction toll that caused, and doesn’t make clear to Putin that his plans for a new USSR/Greater Russia will be opposed by ANY means necessary”
Let’s address one of Putina’s lies. Nobody at HHR said:
“Weapons don’t cost anything,”
Obsolete weapons have to be destroyed or replaced. Destroying them costs money for the destruction process. Sending them to Ukraine allows the weapons to be destroyed while killing Russian invaders.
Replacement of the obsolete weapons was going to cost money whether the obsolete weapons outlived their service life or were shipped to Ukraine.
The burned body found in the cyber truck had a bullet hole in the head with a firearm nearby. There are now questions whether the vehicle was driven remotely or manually to the spot where it exploded, and whether or not the person inside was dead or alive at the time of the explosion.
As far as trusting the FBI’s analysis that there was no linkage between the Vegas and New Orleans incidents, or that they were not terrorists attacks…I don’t believe in their investigative evaluations. Ft. hood is one example of how they cover things up…or the recent assassination attempts on Trump’s life.
NEW ORLEANS, Jan 2 (Reuters) – A U.S. Army veteran who drove a truck into a crowd of New Year’s Day revelers had pledged allegiance to Islamic State, but acted alone in the attack that killed at least 14 people, the FBI said on Thursday.
The suspect, who the FBI said was shot dead at the scene after firing at police, has been identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old Texan who once served in Afghanistan. He drove from Houston to New Orleans on Dec. 31, and posted five videos on Facebook between 1:29 a.m. and 3:02 a.m. on the morning of the attack in which he said he supported IS, the Islamic militant group with fighters in Iraq and Syria, the FBI said.
first video, Jabbar said he previously planned to harm his family and friends, but was concerned that the media coverage would not focus on the “war between the believers and the disbelievers,” FBI Deputy Assistant Director Christopher Raia said at a press conference.
Jabbar also said in the videos that he had joined IS before last summer and provided his last will and testament, Raia said.
“This was an act of terrorism,” Raia said. “It was premeditated and an evil act.” The FBI was still investigating Jabbar’s “path to radicalization,” but the evidence reviewed so far showed that he was clearly inspired by IS, Raia said.”
Serial liar and Kremlin stooge janzam’s attempt to blame Ukraine for this is typical of her blind allegiance to Putin.
”I am against any agreement that rewards Putin, even when it unnecessarily punishes the Ukrainian people by extending the war, costing more lives, for his invasion of Ukraine and the death and destruction toll that caused, and doesn’t make clear to Putin that his plans for a new USSR/Greater Russia will be opposed by ANY means necessary”…..even if it takes a nuclear confrontation to do so.
There, fixed it for you.
He ignores the fact, however, of the fledging agreement being constructed by Ukraine and Russia mere months after the invasion occurred that, if signed, would have avoided the majority of death and destruction saving Ukrainians from the misery they are experiencing, just because of dolts demanding an illusionary “win.” BTW, China has been building a military force equivalent to Hitler’s build- up before WWII. Xi recently has said nothing would stop him from taking over Taiwan. But, all eyes continue to be on Russia, the lesser of the two plus threats facing the US.
Eric Daugherty @EricLDaugh · 40m 🚨 JUST IN: Elon Musk announces the Tesla Cybertruck used as a car bomb outside Trump Tower Vegas is shockingly INTACT and will be sent back on the road once refurbished.

He ignores the fact, however, of the fledging agreement being constructed by Ukraine and Russia mere months after the invasion occurred that, if signed, would have avoided the majority of death and destruction saving Ukrainians from the misery they are experiencing, just because of dolts demanding an illusionary “win.”’
Zzzzzz….
Goebbels would admire this lie repeated over and over, but there was no agreement. There was only a demand by Russia for Ukraine to surrender its sovereignty which was of course unacceptable to Ukraine and anyone in the West that opposes Putin’s expansionist agenda.
That demand was rightfully rejected, but the Putinistas continue to insist that Ukraine’s unilateral surrender was a viable “agreement”.
Xi recently has said nothing would stop him from taking over Taiwan. But, all eyes continue to be on Russia, the lesser of the two plus threats facing the US”
I support the US going to war against China to defend Taiwan.
“A new report released by the Committee on House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight into the January 6 pipe bomber shows the FBI stopped looking for the suspect in 2021 and covered up evidence.
The FBI is now refusing to cooperate with Congressional investigators.”
I am only posting an addition to what Tina posted earlier. But, it’s another example of how untrustworthy and compromised the FBI has become.
“In the wake of the terror attack in New Orleans, Senate Republicans are urging the swift confirmation of President Trump’s National Security team.
The stellar team includes Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense, Kash Patel for FBI Director, and Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence.”
The left still thinks that Harris lost because too many voters are not ready for a woman. This keeps me wondering if there won’t be internal pressure in the coming days for Biden to step down, let Harris have a few days as POTUS, you know, to break the glass ceiling, so that the knuckle-draggers will learn that we can survive with a woman POTUS.
Of course that’s all absurd. None of us would be opposed to the RIGHT woman president. We just didn’t want a commie cackling clueless moron, regardless the gender.
“The stellar team includes Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense, Kash Patel for FBI Director, and Tulsi Gabbard for Director of National Intelligence.”
I only hope the senate has a fortified spine to carry out these nomination approvals.

Zzzzzzz…. typical Kremlin propaganda.

The New Orleans terrorist was an ISIS supporter
