  5. Looks like PA took the weekend off from counting ballots.

Profoundly ridiculous that they haven’t been all counted by now, Shapiro and Al Schmidt are clowns.

Al Schmidt (SOS) put out his stupid statement:

“I want to take a moment to thank our county election administrators across the Commonwealth who will continue to work throughout the holiday weekend to make sure every legitimate vote is counted. Election Day is the start of counting ballots in Pennsylvania. This process takes time – and occurs after every election, close or not.”

No, election day is for COUNTING the ballots.

Hopefully Dave Sunday the new R AG will conduct an investigation of why almost a week later the Dems are still trying to find votes to save Bob Casey.

  6. Amazing…

Trump won Dearborn with 42% of the vote, Harris got 36% and Jill Stein got 18%. In 2020, Biden got 69%, so Harris did 33 points worse than him. In one Dearborn precinct with a very heavy concentration of Muslims, Trump got 51% and Harris got 13%

  7. Dems think Muslims only vote on Israel, just like they think Hispanics only vote on immigration or women only vote on abortion.

The reality is many Muslims are small business owners. The have food shops, restaurants, all kinds of businesses. They know Trump will be better for business, lower taxes, less regulation, fewer attempts to mandate untenable minimum wage levels, etc.

I am pleased to announce that the Former ICE Director, and stalwart on Border Control, Tom Homan, will be joining the Trump Administration, in charge of our Nation’s Borders (“The Border Czar”), including, but not limited to, the Southern Border, the Northern Border, all Maritime, and Aviation Security. I’ve known Tom for a long time, and there is nobody better at policing and controlling our Borders. Likewise, Tom Homan will be in charge of all Deportation of Illegal Aliens back to their Country of Origin. Congratulations to Tom. I have no doubt he will do a fantastic, and long awaited for, job.

In AZ it suggested at POTUS blowout, and that’s what we go.

In NV it said Trump was going to win by about 45,000 votes and he did, and…

In FL it said Trump was going to win by at least 11 points, and he did.

Does that say more about Trump, or was that because Harris was a generationally bad candidate?

  19. Youngkin needs to work with Trump to officially donate Alexandria, Arlington, the City of Fairfax, and all of Fairfax County to Washington, D.C.

Since the founding of the nation’s capital city, and the establishment of the District of Columbia, the growth of the federal government has been enormous. And yet the territory needed to accommodate all the federal officials who have moved to the area has not kept pace with the growth of the government.

Given these federal workers have no native interests in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but were imported from places like Chicago, San Francisco, and other liberal meccas, they really should be voting in the context that controls their interests–the federal government.

Once these properties are deeded over to the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Virginia will no longer be held hostage by these hundreds of thousands federal employees.

  20. DW – the only downside I see to that scenario is DC would then be granted “statehood” resulting in 4-5 electoral votes, and more importantly, 2 Dem Senators guaranteed in perpetuity.

Virginia would probably lose 3 electoral votes or so, making it fairly inconsequential in the long run, and making Senate control much harder, with 51 seats min needed for a majority when the President is an R and 52 when hes not.

  26. According to this map, whoever the GOP candidate is in 2032, all the candidate would have to do is hold the GOP states that in 2024 were not considered battleground states, including TX and FL which were NOT, and then add:

AZ, GA, and NC = 271 EVs

NO RUST BELT NEEDED! and Nevada not needed

But of course in 2028, still need one of the rust belt states to win. Either that or pick off NH, NM, MN or VA, which of course are currently harder than rust belt states.

As of Sunday, the Casey campaign was still expressing optimism about overcoming its vote deficit, pointing to the roughly 76% of provisional ballots that favored Democrat John Fetterman over Republican Mehmet Oz in 2022.

“We don’t believe we need to reach Fetterman’s percent breakdown in order to win. What’s more, there are thousands of ballots that are supportive of Casey that are being cured,” said a person close to the Casey campaign, referring to the processing of addressing minor mistakes on mail ballots, such as signature issues.

    and

Maddy McDaniel, a spokesperson for Casey, who is in his third term, said in a statement Saturday that every day counties “are confirming there are more ballots that need to be counted.”

  38. Deportations will make a difference in reapportionment, as it’s how many live bodies are in a state/district, not how many legal residents. Of course the Census bureau has their thumb on the scale to give more seats to blue states at the expense of red ones. In 2022 they published their miscounts. See if you can find a common theme:

“14 states (or state equivalent) are estimated to have had an undercount or overcount – a net coverage error statistically different from zero – meaning they were either undercounted or overcounted.”

    • Undercount: Arkansas (-5.04%), Florida (-3.48%), Illinois (-1.97%), Mississippi (-4.11%), Tennessee (-4.78%) and Texas (-1.92%).
    • Overcount: Delaware (+5.45%), Hawaii (+6.79%), Massachusetts (+2.24%), Minnesota (+3.84%), New York (+3.44%), Ohio (+1.49%), Rhode Island (+5.05%) and Utah (+2.59%).

Some Democrats are finally waking up and realizing that woke is broke.

Donald Trump won a majority of white women and remarkable numbers of Black and Latino voters and young men.

Democratic insiders thought people would vote for Kamala Harris, even if they didn’t like her, to get rid of Trump. But more people ended up voting for Trump, even though many didn’t like him, because they liked the Democratic Party less.

The Dems could never accept such an offer, though; their base would scream “blood money!” and other such drivel. Which is probably why Trump made the offer, because the Dems will shoot themselves in the foot as always. Pardon all the political prisoners and throw the biggest party anyone has ever seen at Mar a Lago Call it the Pardon Party

IMO, one of the biggest miscarriages of Justice has been the abuses of the legal system under the Biden Administration. The most prominent example of this was the depth and breadth of the BLM mayhem, property destruction, deaths being a 1000 times worst than anything experienced on J6, with the punishment of J6 protesters 100,000 more severe than any BLM rioter received – most receiving nothing.
