I looked up what Lush is (in the window on the far left), and it is a cosmetics chain. I also saw the EU flag on what looks like a hotel, and the eastern European language on the store to the right of Lush. I then looked for Lush stores by country in Google maps in the likely countries of the EU and Slovenia was the fourth try. There are two Lush stores there, and one store thumbnail image had a similar appearance to your photo.

I saw the Russia guess by Bitter, and it does look like a Russian flag is partially behind the EU flag. And I thought it was a Russian flag based on that guess, and that maybe it was put up for some conference that was being held there. But it turns out that is very likely the left edge of the Slovenian flag.

There have been many unflattering stories about Hillary’s temperament. Security details were passed down to new hires because of how she demeaned, swore at people, and threw things during her rages. I found it telling that Tulsi’s declassified docs indicated Russia felt HRC would win, and were holding the worst parts of their findings until just before her inauguration.

Despite Trump’s isolationist tendencies, the fact is R administrations were always tougher on the Russians, and Obama attacked Romney for stating Russia was a geopolitical foe in a debate only a few years earlier.

FTR, I have been to Ljubljana, but it was still part of Yugoslavia back then (my mother’s father was a diplomat, born in Zagreb in 1900 with it was still part of Austria-Hungary, and fought mostly on the Eastern front but also did a stint in the Alps against the Italians).
I didn’t recognize that street, my first guess without zooming in for clues would have been Prague due to the well preserved older buildings (very little bombing there during WW2, as in Slovenia).
