‘British luxury carmaker Jaguar is facing its steepest sales decline in decades, following a radical rebrand that has drawn sharp criticism from industry experts, dealers, and long-time customers. Only 49 Jaguar vehicles were registered in Europe in April 2025, a 97.5 percent drop compared to 1,961 units in the same month last year. Year-to-date sales between January and April fell 75.1 percent, with just 2,665 cars sold across the continent.
The figures mark a dramatic turning point for a brand once seen as a symbol of British automotive elegance and performance.”

The picture which GF immediately identified is the Raleigh Tavern in Colonial Williamsburg, VA.
When the British colonial governor disbanded the house of burgesses, the members walked about 100 yards west of the capitol building and entered the Raleigh Tavern, and made their way to the back of the building, into the Apollo Room where they kept debating their next step and finally agreed to press for independence.

Angus King, a real moron. repeated over and over that the Rs are cutting HC and food from people in order to “give billionaires a $32k tax cut”.
Think of the stupidity of that statement. Somehow Trump and the Rs care about giving billionaires $32k? That is about 25% of what interest would generate in ONE DAY on $1 billion, assuming a 5% return.
But yet he is a US senator.

That is pretty stupid, but we’ve heard gobbledygook like that from King Angus for years. This Mamdani whacko tops the stupidity metric, though; his whole plan to fund public grocery stores was based on a misreading of a government website which he interpreted to mean that there was a $140 million slush fund for corporate grocery chains. In reality, no such fund exists. Now THERE’s a moron.

How many mosques in England today?
LikeLike
ANSWERS:
The ONS does not collect data on the number of places of worship, including mosques, but the government estimated in 2018 there were “1,500 mosques and prayer halls in England”, and in 2020 the Muslim Council of Britain said, in written evidence to a Lords select committee, there were “about 1,200 mosques” in Britain.
The organisation Muslims in Britain maintains a database of mosques in the UK. As of 31 July 2024, there are 2,149 premises across the UK that are used for Islamic worship, 1,993 of which are in England.”

“The post first claims that the mayors of London, Birmingham, Leeds, Blackburn, Sheffield, Oxford, Luton, Oldham and Rochdale are all Muslim.
It’s true that all of these places have had mayors who are Muslim at some point, but not all of them currently do.
The religion of any given mayor generally isn’t held as a matter of public record, but knowledge of some, such as Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, are known. Likewise, the Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen has publicly spoken about being Muslim, while the current Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Chaman Lal, is from a Sikh family. “

I think there was a decision to only take out military people, not the political class or the clerics.
Remember, the Ayatollah is a religious leader in addition to political leader, and it could have been a red line with the other Muslim countries who tacitly supported the US.
Perhaps preserving the political class was designed to foment some kind of rebellion against the theocracy, most of the Iranian parliament is not composed of clerics.
In any case, that was the strategy.

A small win against the Pravda modeled MSM:
“Paramount Global and CBS agreed on Tuesday to pay President Donald Trump a sum that could reach north of $30 million to settle the president’s election interference lawsuit against the network.
Trump will receive $16 million upfront. This will cover legal fees, costs of the case, and contributions to his library or charitable causes, to be determined at Trump’s discretion. There is an expectation that there will be another allocation in the mid-eight figures set aside for advertisements, public service announcements, or other similar transmissions, in support of conservative causes by the network, Fox News Digital has learned. “
