Zzzz… Trump had already said Ukraine was authorized to use US arms to attack inside Russia. But in any case, Ukraine used drones, so that was not even an issue.
Ukraine was under no obligation to risk an operation that was over a year in the making by sharing it with third parties.

Setting aside Rosie O’Donnell, Trump has feuded and set aside his public grudges with Rubio, Vance, Graham, Paul, to name a few. He was even smart enough to not favor Vance over Rubio when asked who will lead the party when he leaves in 2028. This was after one of his most heated feuds with Rubio. I believe the non-public Trump is smart enough to favor talent over past grudges, for the sake of achieving the end goal desired. Say what you will bitter but a fair review of his record does reflect a long history of doing this.

I believe that the Trump Administration brought back Garcia to US soil was nothing more than ‘throwing a bone to SCOTUS’ for recent judicial victories and hoping for more to come-even today. As I have previously predicted.

Changing subjects for a bit. the Panthers Edmonton final is outstanding hockey. I’ve never seen a playoff where either team could easily be 2-0 or 0-2 at this point. They have different strengths but are equal in play. Great series so far.

This morning, I read an article in the LA Times that states that these riots in LA over the arrests of illegal aliens are going to be the turning point for the Democrat party. That now, people in the United States are finally going to wake up and realize just how terrible ICE is and how the Democrat party is truly the party of righteousness.
But let’s remember that the Democrats thought that the politicization of Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s deportation would make Americans realize that President Trump was wrong about open borders and deporting illegal aliens, particularly criminals. In fact, the politicization of his case had the opposite effect. Because Abrego Garcia is exactly what people don’t want in an immigrant population, he is a criminal with a history of domestic violence. He is an unsavory character. But this is who the democrats have chosen as the poster boy to stop the closed borders and deportations of illegal aliens.
My prediction: These riots have the potential to be even more violent. That people within this community, which is both pro-illegal immigration and pro-socialist, plan to be violent. Pallets of cinder blocks have been deposited where “protests” are being planned – the use of such blocks is clear as police cars were pelted with rocks and bricks yesterday. People are already burning stuff in the streets, and Molotov cocktails are being made and deployed. The homemade videos on X of the “protests” are going to drive even more people away from the progressive arm of the Democrat party and the Democrat party itself. If the riots continue today as predicted, even more people are going to wonder what the heck happened to California over the last decade and want nothing to do with that – what-so-ever.
The Democrat party is increasingly determined to run as fast as possible from the persuadable middle. Big, bad mistake which will be hard to recover from.

ABC news claims to be an unbiased new source. However, their top reporter just tweeter, among other things, “Trump is a world-class hater. But his hatred only a means to an end, and that end his his own”. That’s why this is relevant. He undermined their entire “unbiased” charade. Bitter, while I “mostly” agree with your take on the LA protests/riots, there is little comparison to the J6 protests/riots which lasted for an afternoon (not 3 days), with national guard presence being refused by Pelosi, and no Molotov cocktails starting fires, burning of vehicles. So, how much prison time will these protesters receive? I bet not years and years in prison.
In the meantime we left LA last Tuesday and am not in town to experience all the drama and leftist tantrums.
