I doubt it.
As long as they have medical records saying he was fine, which they do (fake or not) then it would be hard to prove any cover up, they could just say we are not doctors, we just did our job and relied on the medical diagnosis.
Of course, it doesn’t mean Jill Biden shouldn’t go to hell.
More doctors are coming out today saying stage 4 cancer suddenly appearing is only possible for someone who has not been able to access medical treatment – like a homeless vet. A president, though, with state of the art medicine at his finger tips would have known he had cancer for many years. So, it appears not only was his mental state covered up, but also the fact he had cancer. The WH physician, who gave him a report card of being in good health, should be questioned with the possibility of his license suspended. Biden’s medical records at Walter Reed should be investigated as well.

I think that is true for prostate cancer, but not other cancers.
Rush Limbaugh had great medical care, but when they found his lung cancer he was already Stage 4.

The way I recall reading the history, the country kept following the news reports of Garfield’s condition and there was no coverup or promise he would recover.
Yes, you are correct that the country was well aware of Garfield being shot. However, many believed he died of infections because of the medical care Garfield was given.
Garfied’s shooter, Charles Guiteau, stated “I shot the President but his physicians killed him”.

There is a pretty believable theory that Garfield would have survived the gunshot wound if it had been left alone. Evidently it did not affect any critical organs as evidenced by his long survival after the event.
But the continuous poking with instruments that were probably not well sterilized led to eventual sepsis.
I would like a real medical opinion on whether it is possible for someone undergoing regular checkups and tests of the quality the President receives to evolve to stage 4 prostate cancer completely undetected. There is no way Biden has not gotten a PSA screening and a rectal prostate examination at least once a year. The odds of either exam not showing anything until stage 4 prostate cancer is diagnosed must be very small.
no question Garfield would have lived had he had access to modern healthcare.”
I think he would have lived with better care even for the times. They could have left the bullet in him and just cauterized the wound.

Its very likely now that last summer was when doctors told Biden that his cancer had spread to the bones and they could only manage it and there is nothing else they could do, and that’s when Mrs. Biden decided to drop him out of the POTUS race.
“While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management.”
That’s the official word. I am skeptical. Just because they say that the cancer “appears” to be harmone-sensitive and that it “allows” for management, does not actually mean that BIDEN’S cancer is responding to attempts to manage it.
My guess is that if they WERE successfully managing it, they wouldn’t have announced it at all. Why would they?
I believe they announced it because they had to, because its not responding to treatment, and he’s gonna be a gonner in six months or so and they needed to start explaining some of it now so they wouldn’t have to explain all of it when he checks out.

Well, here is the deal.
Any ethical doctor that gives a diagnosis and then sees the patient go out and lie about it should not continue with this patient. I say this because the doctor’s reputation is on the line too.

HIPPA definitely protects the medical privacy of a patient. But, for a professional MD to publicly, blatantly misinform the public for political reasons, crosses a line that may nullify HIPPA protections.
You are confusing the doctor’s ethical obligation to the patient and to others. For example, let’s say the President is drinking too much. I believe the doctor has an ethical obligation to say, “Mr. President, you are drinking too much and harming your health.” The doctor is not ethically obligated to call a press conference and announce that the President is drinking too much. Within the Trump administration, there’s an intentional shift away from reliance on left-leaning “BigLaw” firms, seen through President Donald Trump’s deals securing millions in pro bono work from major firms and the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) decision to distance itself from the American Bar Association. Outside, Lex Politica is positioning itself to fill the void in a changing legal landscape.
“The administration and others are catching on,” Lex Politica CEO Chris Gober told the DCNF in an interview. The illegals are also are given government vouchers for free housing and also given free health care after the movie is over. The 5000 are allowed to stay and watch the movie for free, are given free drinks and popcorn, some of those who paid for price of admission are moved from the seats they have chosen so their seats can be given to the 5000 illegals. Some of the 5000 illegals then assault some of those who paid the price for the movie ticket, and additionally some paying customers are robbed and some are raped and some are murdered.
The auto pen controversy, who was really running the WH, the Hur Tape, all faded into the woodwork once Biden’s metastatic prostate cancer was announced.
Bitter wrote – Unless there is law obligating a doctor to report on the President’s physical condition, the doctor’s obligation is to the patient and not the media or public. Of course, Biden should have disclosed it. ————-
Bitter misses the point. The doctor issued a statement to the American public affirming Biden’s wonderful health. By affirmatively speaking to the public during a political campaign , he had an obligation to not mislead or lie. Did he? These are all legitimate questions that are necessary to answer and it has nothing to do with HIPPA. If the doctor remained silent, I agree with bitter- he had no obligation. But once you issue the below report to the American public, you have entered a new arena of fraudulent inquiry-
This is the Most Dangerous Cover-up in the History of the Presidency:
Last summer, White House Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor swore to the American people that Joe Biden was “completely fit for the Presidency” — no issues, nothing to see.
We stop screening for prostate cancer in most patients at age 70 and usually all patients by age 75. This is because prostate cancer is usually slow growing and the treatment can cause more problems than the cancer. It is possible that Biden had a “normal” wellness visit and they didn’t screen for prostate cancer. I would have continued screening the President for this exact reason. Everyone is 2nd guessing the doctor’s care or honesty.
Ccp north aka Canada has haunted nearly all retaliatory tariffs
———-
Tina, is that because of Trumps subsequent tariff threats or is it because of my Florida Panthers beat down yesterday of the Toronto Maple leafs? My money is on the Panthers – Go Cats!
Biden’s health were under oath, there is no legal consequence IF the doctor lied.
Really bitter? Before we get to any federal requirements, I’d have some fun with medical licensing and ethical standards. Did he violate any with that statement if it was a blatant lie? You know, just like the Dems did with republican attorneys and their local bar.
Does his release meet the broad standard of an “advertisement” and if so, does it violate any of the requirements associated with political advertisements? Political advertisements are regulated by various federal and state bodies, including the Federal Election Commission (FEC), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and state ethics commissions like the State Ethics Commissions. Does that violate any of their rules regarding false and misleading statements ? Then, does the free release by the doctor constitute a political contribution to the Biden campaign? That opens up a whole new arena of inquiry that we could have some fun with.
C’mon Bitter, I’m not saying anything will prevail, but there certainly is enough for a young lawyer at any number of federal agencies, let alone the DOJ, to have some fun with,
Sorry, but once that good doctor issued that release, he’s exposed himself to a number of legitimate areas of review and inquiry, particularly if he intentionally lied or mislead the public during a political campaign.
This tariffs don’t really work from my perspective because they will just raise prices. They turned out to be good policy overall because they prevented the Iran hoax the neocons were pushing in the first couple months of the Trump presidency, but I don’t think they’re good in term of economic policy.
Trump needs to get the Fiat ponzi circus printing faster $$$$$$$$$$ if he wants to survive the midterms and prevent the dems from making a comeback. keep the plebs in financial gulag but at least win the midterms

Biden is not “most patients”.
People in certain professions or positions undergo health screenings “regular” people don’t because these are jobs where you cannot take certain risks.
I would argue President is one such position, if your patient wants to be President to age 86 you screen for prostate cancer and other conditions a “normal” person would not undergo at that age.

NYC, a liar and a fraud, is critical of the Congress Rs who are are trying to pass, guess what, TRUMP’S BUDGET.
Of course, jason ignores the item about 2019 spending levels……but he is a conservative, don’t you know!!
Jason is the one who claims the Republicans in Congress are real “conservatives”, he allows Tillis to “vote his conscience”, but when it comes to doing basic government, where the expenditures don’t outpace the taxes brought in, all of a sudden those “conservatives” with their “own conscience” have to pass TRUMP’S BUDGET.
What a fake this llama-lover is, just like the quislings in Congress who won’t cut out the Green New Deal spending, who won’t cut out Covid Emergency spending, and who won’t cut the waste fraud and abuse found by DOGE!
As for Trump, if you make permanent his tax cut, plus add in no tax on tips or OT, or something like that, what else will he want?
Dare him to veto a bill that reduces/eliminates spending on the Green New Deal and Covid spending – my prediction: He would sign it!

”A growing conservative law firm led by attorneys who worked with Vivek Ramaswamy and Elon Musk aims to tackle political litigation others won’t touch.
He argued the “hypocrisy” of major firms who don’t apply equal standards in taking on political cases is creating a need for firms like his that are willing to be “unapologetically conservative.”

HIPPA probably says nothing about this issue. HIPPA protects a patient’s privacy, not public opinion polls.

Bitter, whether or not a reading/interpretation of HIPPA would address a deliberate omission of a health problem by a medical professional, let alone lying about a president’s health, has yet to be publicly litigated.

The Jack Smith view of a Section 371 “conspiracy to defraud the United States” would likely cover the Democrats who worked to cover up Biden’s physical and mental deficiencies. That would be quite a grand jury investigation. Hmmmmm.

If all of the Republicans in Congress are “conservatives”, why is it such a tough issue to pass a budget that is a slight increase from 2019 expenditures, before all of the Covid/Green New Deal/Biden IRA madness?

“And Another Thing: This is the year that Data Republican (small-r) taught us about something I think we should term “mission capture.” That’s when NGOs end up doing privatized versions of the things government shouldn’t do or doesn’t want to be seen doing, instead of charitable or humanitarian work. Granted, many NGOs are established for that very reason.”

You go to a movie theatre, pay the price of admission to enjoy the movie in air conditioned interior and comfortable seats, pay for your popcorn, snacks and drinks.
5,000 illegals sneak in without paying. Government says that is perfectly ok and they are allowed to stay.
Does anyone with a brain think this is wonderful?
