we are spending night in Indianapolis. Learned early this morning that me sister (8 years older than me) passed in the NH Nursing home. I Did not get much sleep last night. She is in her heavenly home and without any physical infirmities. OFF TO Chicago to visit a good friend who recently lost his wife, then to WI where oldest son will get pinned and complete his nursing degree.

My sister Fran’s health had declined a lot in the last couple years. Her quality of life had been severely compromised. The Hospice nurse called my niece a few days ago and said he thought my sister was making the final transition. Throughout her lifetime, she had a good mind, and a good heart. She made a difference in a lot of other people’s lives. Life well lived. She has shed the shackles, bonds and travails of this life and has entered another joy filled life…

SCOTUS correctly determined that these contractors needed to be paid, and it is the one TRO I completely agreed with.
