I like that any of those churches in medieval/renaissance/Baroque Rome has an old master. We walked into a church between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon and it had multiple Caravaggios.

It’s a sticking point not allowing any peace in the near future, as Putin is just as adamant about not returning the territories already taken over. Consequently, it seems nothing will change the bloody day to day battles until the US walks away from supplying any more munitions to this tragic fiasco.

Basically, Zelenskyy’s legacy will be one of myopic zeal, as he allows more people to be sacrificed under his watch.

By “war should have ended” Janzam means “Ukraine should have surrendered to my hero Putin”.

Btw, has Janzam said whether Trump was wrong yet?

The United States calls on Russia to respect the principles to which it has long claimed to adhere and to end its occupation of Crimea. As democratic states seek to build a free, just and prosperous world, we must uphold our commitment to the international principle of sovereign equality and respect the territorial integrity of other states. Through its actions, Russia has acted in a manner unworthy of a great nation and has chosen to isolate itself from the international community.

This scene is staged by the control agents who control the Ukraine conflict, the intelligence community.

President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump attended the funeral of Pope Francis to pay their respects on the international stage.

Let me be clear. The people around President Trump do not and did not align with this photo-op, it’s genuinely in poor taste and bad form given the nature of the background event, the funeral for Pope Francis.  However, fearless President Trump knows exactly what this represents just as businessman Donald Trump knows how the seating is arranged in high stakes business negotiations; the sun at the back of the person wanting to be in the power position.”

Maybe the pro-Putin morons like Janzam can answer some of these questions…

“Not everything is politics. Michael Gloss came from a solid upper-class home. His parents were veterans; his mother was the first woman to command the brigade of midshipmen at the US Naval Academy. He had a privileged upbringing and participated in Boy Scouts and high school athletics. And yet, he became virulently anti-American, converted to Islam, though nothing in his writing would indicate it was a deep conversion, and believed he “might have just incarnated in time to defeat mortality AND the military industrial complex.”

How did he come to thoroughly reject his parents’s values and embrace a radical leftism? How did he abandon his own professed antiwar ethos and decide to join in the aggressive war waged by Russia against Ukraine? How did he completely reject American society and government as hindering freedom and head to one of the most repressive countries in the Northern Hemisphere?

This is the kind of thing that should keep parents awake at night.”

Janzam hardest hit. Looks like Trump did learn something from the meeting with Zelensky.

US President Donald Trump questioned whether Russian President Vladimir Putin wants a peace deal shortly after meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the heart of the Vatican minutes before the start of the funeral of Pope Francis on Saturday.”

In a Truth Social post sent as he returned from Rome after the meeting, Trump raised the prospect of applying new sanctions on Russia after its assault on Kyiv last week, questioning whether Putin is interested in peace.

“There was no reason for Putin to be shooting missiles into civilian areas, cities and towns, over the last few days,” Trump wrote. “It makes me think that maybe he doesn’t want to stop the war, he’s just tapping me along, and has to be dealt with differently, through ‘Banking’ or ‘Secondary Sanctions?’ Too many people are dying!!!”

Our weapon intervention has only aided and abetted the extensive human carnage on both sides. And, while Putin’s initial invasion started the war, it’s been Zelenskyy’s inflated sense of self importance that has dimmed his judgement to seek an end sooner. History will see Zelenskyy as more of a grifter than a courageous leader.

Kids are not necessarily rubber stamps of their parent’s values. Often times, in order to individuate and thoroughly detach from their parents, they purposefully go 180 degrees in an opposite direction. Late teens and the early stages of adulthood are often when they are the most vulnerable to leftism espoused by their peer group. If they manage to survive these young years many are able to recalibrate their views, maturing into more reasonable adults.
