At the press conference with Bukele and Trump, Bukele said that he will not bring father of the year, Garcia, into the USA because he is an El Salvadoran citizen and bringing him into the USA would be SMUGGLING an El Salvadoran criminal into the USA.
The father of the year rots in prison.
Nothing the district judge can even do.

The district judge was told to fix her poorly worded decision and she is not capable of doing it. (Assuming she has jurisdiction and can conduct foreign policy in lieu of the president)

Now , now Tina . You’re clearly not a super duper legal lawyer. The Trump administration needs to invade El Salvador and retrieve the El Salvadoran self described gang banger or else it will be defying a court order. You don’t want the democrats to do the same when they get in office, do you? LOl!
