Did I seriously see people getting worked up over a YouGov poll? I’m not going with the old “trash it” line, but there are much better pollsters out there. I suggest sorting through the field and not worrying about a second tier survey (at best).
I don’t claim to be an expert, but as an engineer and statistician, I do know that methodology matters, and YG is far from the best (see their UK polling, for example).

I feel sorry for NYC, he is going to be miserable if he is going to be triggered by the. posting of any poll bad for Trump.
In the old HHR, he would squeal like a stuck pig at any poll Dave posted that he didn’t like the results, and attack anyone who mentioned any poll that was not “litmus tested” by him.
So it is not a surprise he is back to his old ways.
As I said when I posted the YouGov poll, the numbers are not bad for Trump on their own. The issue is it showed an erosion of support, especially among young people, from the same poll done a couple weeks ago. It also showed an erosion in support for Musk and Doge and several other important Trump initiatives.
THis is not a surprise, Trump is taking a lot of hits from the MSM and the Dem establishment (need I repeat myself) but my point is that Trump and Musk need to counter the narrative with their own.
This is easier to do now, in the past Trump did not have the social media tools he has now with X, Truth Social, Rumble, Joe Rogan, etc. Musk is a smart guy and he should understand perception is important, so you need your own PR campaign.
If the whole Doge narrative by the MSM is that children are dying in Uganda for lack of USAID care, support is going to erode further. If the entire tariff narrative is about how prices and inflation will go up, support is going to erode further.
You can pretend to ignore this if you are an imbecilic moron like NYC, who sees everything as “if it is negative for Trump, bury it and/or attack it” or you can try to do something about it.

DW the other day posted a very succinct “log” of how the “misspending” in peeling the bandaid off the actual, festering, deep, morally reprehensible CORRUPTION that has been taking place for decades. If a pollster finished 25th out of 31 in last year’s battleground state polling, I don’t give a hoot what they say now, if its good or bad for Trump.
But if a pollster was in the top ten for accuracy, then I will pay attention, whether its good news or bad news for Trump.

As this points out, there are plenty of things that can be done or threatened to get the Judiciary to move quicker, short of ignoring court orders. Trump was hired to bring the heat.
Chief Roberts is known to be conscious of the image of the Judiciary. A little heat under his rear might cause him to review cases directly.
Bottom line…..something more that “just file an appeal” is called for, even if it causes Jason to chafe more than is already the case.

I predict no judge is going to be impeached and convicted.
Taking bets.
In the first place, only 15 judges have been convicted in US history, and of those only 8 have been convicted. And none for ruling
Second, you need 2/3 of the Senate to go along, and that is not going to happen with a 53/47 Senate.
So Chicon can talk himself blue in the face about impeachment, but it would be a waste of time.
Of course, in a perfect world the judiciary itself should sanction rogue judges, and they should be disbarred.
The problem is Clinton and Obama and Biden filled the judiciary with left wing judges, so it is hard to get any kind of “justice” for judges like McConnell.
Elections have consequences.
