LEAVITT: Outlets in this room have been fearmongering the people into believing there is a “constitutional crisis” at the White House. But the real constitutional crisis is taking place among judges, who abuse their power to unilaterally Trump’s basic executive authority. They are acting as activists. This is part of a concerted effort – it’s nothing more than weaponizing justice against President Trump. 77 million Americans voted for this president, and each injunction is the abuse of the rule of law and attempt to thwart the will of the people.

I have been waiting for a conservative swing in the government for 50+ years, and I couldn’t be happier with what has happened over the past three weeks.

It takes time to dismantle structures that were assembled starting in the 1960s, and since these actions will ruin the livelihoods of tens of thousands of people, it is only natural that they will fight with all their strength. They will employ every tactic that they can to stifle or delay the changes that will force them to find a new way to make a living.

If you have confidence in the direction we are now headed, why argue about whether a judge puts a barrier in the way – one that will certainly be knocked down? Just grap a bag of popcorn and enjoy the show!

Cases often take years to get to the Supreme Court. These myriad of cases could, perhaps, get expedited appeals, which could get it done sooner. Then, Trump’s programs can be implemented. Takes a big chunk out of a four year term. This is, of course, intentional. So, no, I’m not okay with it.

“On February 9, authorities apprehended a fugitive with a history of fraud and burglary after allegedly utilizing counterfeit currency at a 7-Eleven convenience store in Berkeley Springs. According to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department , Deputy B.K. Knotts responded to a report of counterfeit currency at the store on Union Street around 8:30 p.m. Upon arrival, he encountered a man who initially identified himself as Zabihullah Enayutalla. However, during the investigation, Deputy Knotts determined that the man had provided false identification and was actually Khaled Khaleeq. Authorities revealed that Khaleeq is a non-citizen in the U.S. on a work visa and was a wanted fugitive from Will County, Illinois. He had outstanding felony warrants for burglary and forgery and was wanted for extradition nationwide. Investigators have linked Khaleeq to at least one other counterfeit currency case in Morgan County. He was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice, obstructing an officer, and possession of counterfeit money with intent to utter. Khaleeq is currently being held at Eastern Regional Jail on bond as the investigation continues.”

I’m not a warmonger like you are Bitter. I see little advantage in killing hundreds of thousands of people when there are other ways to achieve a better end. ”Trump’s OIG, which just took over USAID, published a report. It was unknown to the American public until now that there is a big legal loophole in USAID. Everyone can read that OIG report. John Solomon from Just the News published all of this.

But essentially, USAID can look the other way because there are no restrictions on its contractors regarding sanctioned money flows and terrorist financing—or at least, there are massive loopholes.

“HOUSE HAS DOGE HEARING BUT IGS NOWHERE IN SIGHT: House Subcommittee of Delivering Government Efficiency (DOGE – see what they did there?) convened its first-ever hearing on the Trump DOGE blitzkreig against waste and fraud. Special emphasis was placed by Republicans on the $200+ billion lost annually to improper payments, which is a huge part of the overall waste, fraud and abuse problem.

But what is quite possibly the biggest chunk of opportunity for making huge and permanent progress in cleaning up the national disaster that is the federal bureaucracy. What might that be?

The nearly 14,000 cost-cutting and efficiency open recommendations by Inspectors-General (IG) and 300 similar Government Accountability Office (GAO) recommendations being ignored by departments and agencies. As I report in The Epoch Times, nary a word was said by GOPers or Democrats. What’s up with that?”

-My main worry: Congressional Republicans will remain timid when it comes to cutting costs, fraud, waste and abuse.

THIS MUST HAPPEN NOW, in the first 6 months of the 2 year term, so that the next 6 months/year is aimed at pushing for lower tax rates and cheaper energy and food prices.
