The Biden (and Obama) used the DOJ & FBI to try to destroy a political opponent. Investigating these abuses and prosecuting any crimes discovered is not weaponization of these departments. It is the job of the departments.
Let’s take an example….our friend Liz Cheney may have suborned perjury and destroyed evidence. I believe those are crimes, and that they should be investigated. If there is enough evidence of guilt, she should be charged.
Weaponization would be seeking to find a way to charge Gavin Newsome with a crime in order to help defeat him in 2028.
Perhaps the difference between those situations is difficult for Bitter and Jason to grasp, but I suspect most get it.

I will say this as well. As one who tries to study the mindset of the younger generation…the key voting block of 18 to 30 year olds. They hate hypocrisy and being lied to. And they also hate grandstanding, and unfair application of laws and so forth. Its why Trump’s plan of revenge by success is huge. If he pulls that off, he will win over these voters. If Trump goes tit-for-tat and uses lawfare against Dems, then these voters will throw their hands up and say they are all the same.
This is why Dem senators absolutely blew it yesterday with the Pete Hegseth hearings. The 18 to 30 year olds watch that hearing and come away saying, the Dems sounded like hypocritical blow-hards, while the appointee, has made mistakes in his past, and has owned up to them.
Warren, Kaine, and the whole lot of them chased away 18-30 year olds yesterday…of course that presumes 18-30 year olds were paying any attention, which they may not have done.

I think you have to look at the coordination between the cases involving ny, ga, and dc regarding trump. This includes the Fuhrer Mukehead matter/russia hoax.
Also, there are credible accusations that Loon Cheney and others destroyed gubmental records and engaged in witness tampering.
These have to be at minimum looked into.

Liz Cheney is a sad pathetic loser who threw away a chance to be relevant on a losing TDS crusade that ended in epic failure. She lost her seat and her only relevance now is as a guest on CNN or MSNBC, and even there nobody really likes her.
In view of that I regard pursuing her as a waste of time and resources. I doubt the “destruction of records” could be attributed directly, or solely, to her, and pursuing the whole committee on this would be a futile endeavor.
I suppose if she can actually be shown to have witness tampered, and for that she would probably need Hutchinson to testify against her, go ahead and prosecute her. But without corroborating testimony by the “tampered witness” I doubt it would be successful.

People have continued to be arrested and jailed by Matthew Graves up to the day of his resignation – January 16, 2025. In a previous post I mentioned one J6 prisoner who has been incarcerated, put into solitary confinement for lengthy periods of time, without a trial or bond, for 4 years!

Bitter, every divit, small indentation in Trump’s presidency you shine a light on discrediting his judgment, intent and ultimately his presidency. Fauci was the head medical consultant in the Task Force assigned to and run by VP Pence. As time went on any mention of firing Fauci was met with warnings by posters here that it would be a damaging move. 2020 was a year of COVID uncertainly as to how to medically counter it, the protocols to use as guidance, and the medical professionals who could best dispense advice and public reassurance. At the time Fauci was respected and seen as the best person to do that. So, for you to even talk about “aiding and abetting” as a potential prosecutorial rationale doesn’t seem relevant.
