National Security Advisor Mike Waltz says the entire National Security Council is going to be removed from position and new staff assigned to the NSC. Every member is expected by the Trump administration to willingly resign at 12:01pm on 1/20/2025.

No, it is not standard. NSC members could often carry over from admin to admin (with only some or slight changes).

Frankly, I think Canada merits at least 2 states, given they have 40 million people. From Quebec east would be one state, from Ontario west another.
East Trumpland and West Trumpland.
If Quebec insists on being a state on its own, we could have 3 new states and it would be called Le Trumpland.
