I think in a way MAGA is somewhat disappointed that Trump won because it wasn’t 100% pure MAGA litmus tested voters that elected Trump and it wasn’t 100% litmus tested MAGA candidates that were elected.
The fact they have to share the laurels with actual conservatives makes them unhappy and bitter.
You see the same thing on the other side, to be honest. The far left is never happy, because there is always someone who fails to get elected, a bill that fails to pass, a cause that doesn’t get traction.
Deadenders are NEVER happy. On either side. In part, it is what makes them deadenders.

Regarding trumps comments “on visas” (nynslimes phone call), I wonder if the reporter” realizes that h1b and h2b visas are not the same.
Trumps companies never used h1b visas – his company(ies) has used h2b visas.
They are not the same visa and it’s doubtful the reporter knew o the difference.

Another type of visa would address Musk’s point about seeking excellence. The H-1B visa doesn’t mention excellence in applying for that visa. But, the O-1A visa does call for extraordinary abilities in science, education, business and athletics in getting a 3-year temporary work status in the US.

Why call it “spinning?” Already Musk is tempering some of his initial fiery comments, discussing alternatives. Unlike what goes on here at HHR there appears to be efforts forthcoming in clarifying what the problems with these kind of visas are, rather than a bunch of naysaying, name calling and distortion of other’s opinions. Absolutely! David Sacks,an ally of Musk, has come out and said he wants to find common ground with those for and against the H-1A visas, along with no expansion of the program. Vivic has also discussed getting rid of the fraud inherent in the work visa program. There was no reason to do it – NOTHING WAS GAINED, and we got nothing for it – A major reason why that Speakership was lost. It was Biden’s problem, not ours. Now it becomes ours. I call it “1929” because the Democrats don’t care what our Country may be forced into. In fact, they would prefer “Depression” as long as it hurt the Republican Party.
