Looking at the ties in there, CNN, Bullfinch, and CBS are all hard leftist pollsters, as is the UK firms Redfield and Wilton. Susquehanna has had Biden then Harris way ahead all year, but then show a tie in their final poll.
The Harris leads are easily far more stale polls, and include four out of five that came from colleges and universities, with the fifth Morning Consult, one of the worst pollsters in existence.
By any objective measurement of these polls, one would rather be Trump in PA than Harris.

This might not be bad news, but of course it depends on how many R votes are going to be cannibalized by EV.
Normally a 400k advantage would be easy to overcome on election day.
Also if the Indy vote favor Rs the lead will be less than that.
