I am digging into the GA early vote, and it is stunning. Whites are outvoting Blacks in Fulton county! Turnout there is 27.6% vs 19.3% (B). Maybe that will change over the course of early voting, but it still amazing. We are in uncharted waters.
Through today, 19.8% overall turnout.
White 22.6% Black 18.3% Hisp/Latino 10.2% Other/Unk 16.8%
Why, you ask? Three times in a row they loaded up the bases and had to claw their way out to force NY to strand its baserunners.
They’re still playing with fire, and will get burned one of these times. We’re VERY lucky Alonso was off his game this last at bat, he should have belted one of those easy pitches lobbed over the plate.
Well, Mets season done. Good job, more than expected, but I think next year will be tough. I don’t see them beating the Yankees for Soto, and would that make them better than spreading that $45M around to others. I don’t see them signing Corbin Burns, so no ace on the staff. Again, a bunch of number three starters at best if Manea, and Severino come back. Senga is not an ace.
Alonso is not the Alonso of old, but he matters. There is no young talent that will make an impact. So not sure where they go.
and dont get me started on the Jets. Their season is over. So much for the Rodgers experiment. Expect them to be 3-14 next season with no QB and no prospects
I think that the biggest liability that Trump faces is that about 45% HATE him, mostly due to the msm demonization of his slightly-narcisistic Yankee personality. His appearance on the AA barbershop and that amazing McDonald’s event yesterday were BRILLIANT campaign efforts to counter that negative image of his. I do think this will be reflected in the polls this week in a Trump-favorable slight bump.
Tina, that has been this election’s polling gimmick. Poll, tabulate, HOLD. If the numbers are needed three weeks later to give Dems hope, then release.
We are in the information age, and just like how it should only take minutes to release voting results on election night, it should only take minutes to release polling data. They have software to receive the raw data, then do the heavy lifting including a 300 page PDF report
I think it is today. Somehow, I thought it was in Philadelphia. However, faux shows clips of him ia a barber shop in the Bronx. Perhaps, there are multiple shops involved? He has been everywhere, so it’s hard to keep track. I was out awhile yesterday, so I am catching up.

“Tippecanoe and Tyler, too was more effective and catchy.”

FWIW, I as the one who suggested that campaign slogan to Harrison.
“My first suggestion was Harrison–and Tyler too! but that got shot down, so I came up with “Tippecanoe and his VP guy too!” Shot down.
Then, I threw out “Tippecanoe and Tyler too” and they ran with that.
Never got any credit for it.

It forever clouded my friendship with William Henry Harrison.

Walt probably feels guilty he told Harrison the weather was fine and he didn’t need a coat and hat for his inaugural speech.

Vic, 6-3…wait, now 7-3. I still don’t trust LA not to blow it.

Evidently NBC didn’t show Trump at the stadium with the crowd chanting USA, USA,,
Of course, if it had been Taylor Swift they would have shown her dozens of times.

TIPP was bound to shrink by a little as it must have been a huge day for Trump on Saturday polling. Expecting it to shrink back to a tie tomorrow

There are also comedic wp battleground poles. Laughable.
They polled from 9/30 to 10/15.
