Bitter was probably up late watching woke NFL football, but the rest of you slackers have no excuse.
I actually tried to tune in to the game around 10 PM, I was curious about the crowd reaction to the first NFL game played in South America, but I don’t have a Peacock subscription.
I checked a Brazilian newspaper for their explanation of the game. It said that “when one team has its offense on the field, the other team has its defensive team on the field”.

The stadium announcers said the names of the players as pronounced in English. For example, Eagles’s receiver AJ Brown was named AJ rather than the Portuguese pronunciation of the letters A and J. Probably correct but I wanted to hear more Portuguese.

Yep, the business world is not immune from the woke society anymore. The hundreds of thousands of far leftists graduating from the Marxist academia every year have to go somewhere. And they are going into government, the military and the business world.
And that is the problem. A Trump win delays the inevitable, it doesn’t prevent it. Half the country is now ok with positions that would be considered extreme only 20 years ago. This percentage will only increase as long as there is not a fundamental change in the educational system.
The far left dominates the teacher’s unions and the public education system. 90% of college professors and administrators are leftists.

Alas, the only school in Bittersville closed long ago. I suppose I could try an Amish school but it is a long shot
