    It was to be expected that Kamala would not be able to sustain the momentum from the 3 mega events that favored her.

    1. Biden dropping out
    2. VP pick
    3. Convention

    I suppose if she wins the debate convincingly she will have another surge. But barring that the race should settle back to where Trump is a slight favorite in the polls.
