Not only is Jill Stein on the ballot in WI but the Dems seem to have alienated the Greens big time.

“The Green Party and Republicans countered that the party met all of its legal requirements and that Stein should be allowed to remain on the ballot.

Stein praised the decision, saying the Green Party “beat back the DNC’s attack.”

“Today justice prevailed,” she said in a statement.

Michael White, co-chair of the Wisconsin Green Party, called the complaint a “mark of fear by the Democratic Party” and said the attention generated by it had motivated Stein backers.

“It was an inevitable conclusion because the complaint had no merit to begin with and we knew that,” he said.

Democratic National Committee spokesperson Adrienne Watson called the decision “disappointing” and said the Green Party should not be on the ballot.”

Kamala spent too much time with Biden.

Asked about what would happen to race relations if Trump wins she came up with this….

“Hey, let’s look around the room and see who’s not here, and did we leave the door open?”

I think it is a good question on whether all the efforts the Dem have employed to keep 3rd party candidates off the ballot didn’t actually hurt them more than helped considering the RFK endorsement and the ill will generated in states where they were not successful.

Israelis free another hostage from Hamas. Poor bastard wasn’t even Jewish.

“Al-Qadi worked as a security guard at Kibbutz Magen when Hamas terrorists abducted him on October 7. He comes from a Bedouin community, where he lived with his eleven children, the youngest of whom was six months old when he was kidnapped. Al-Qadi will also now get to meet his first grandchild, born while Hamas kept him hostage. He also got a call from Benjamin Netanyahu a few minutes ago, expressing the excitement that the whole nation feels over his liberation. “

  7. Jason, exactly right and its even more absurd given the raw desperation with which these lawsuits were brought–absolutely no legal merit.

    The MSM is desperate

On Saturday, The Atlantic claimed RFK Jr’s college roommate said he bought cocaine from RFK Jr in the 70’s.

But Axios will not be outdone. Or the “Center for Biological Diversity Action Fund”, which even has a “political director”

An environmental advocacy organization called for the investigation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. following the resurfacing of an interview where his daughter said he cut a dead whale’s head with a chainsaw.

Why it matters: The former presidential candidate may have committed a felony by transporting a marine mammal skull, the Center for Biological Diversity Action Fund said.

    • The center’s national political director, Brett Hartl, urged the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to investigate the incident.

The alleged “felony” occurred over 30 years ago, is there a statute of limitations on cutting dead whale heads?

It means Kamala will not be doing any real interviews any time soon.

Sorry, the felony is not cutting a dead whale head.

    It is “transporting it”.

Yes, let’s spend taxpayer dollars to “investigate” RFK Jr. for transporting a whale head 30 years ago.

The funny thing is that Axios actually prefaced this by “WHY IT MATTERS”.

    “Bombshell”

“The bombshell claim came from author Kurt Andersen on Friday in scathing column for The Atlantic.

Earlier in the day Kennedy suspended his third party presidential campaign and endorsed Republican nominee Donald Trump.

Andersen claimed as a Harvard student in the 1970s he purchased cocaine from RFK Jr. and his brother Joseph P. Kennedy II for $40 in a dorm room.

‘Sometime during my freshman year, I tried cocaine, enjoyed it, and later decided to procure a gram for myself, Andersen said. ‘A friend told me about a kid in our class who was selling coke. The dealer was Bobby Kennedy.’

  20. I’m not going to endorse for the presidential – and I will tell you why,” Tester said during a recent press conference in Hamilton, Montana. “Two reasons: No. 1, I’m focused on my race. And No. 2, folks have wanted to nationalize this race, and this isn’t about national politics. This is about Montana.”

I don’t think that helps. It depresses the Dem base vote which does exist in MT and he can’t get away from the fact he voted with the Dems 95% of the time.

Trump is just too far ahead in MT for any ticket splitting to work enough for Tester.

I think Tester’s time is up, just like it was for Skyqueen.

Trump wins Electoral vote: 319 to 219

Pop vote: 152 million votes cast:

    Trump 77 million
    Harris 73 million
    2-3 million third party (2%)

But here is the key news they broke. Its well known in the polling community, but both Baris and Barnes heard the same from different sources:

Ann Selzer is holding a recently surveyed Trump + 19 in IOWA, but she won’t release it because everyone knows if Trump is that far ahead in IA, then he isn’t going to lose Wisconsin.

Three years ago today, 13 American heroes were killed in the Harris-Biden botched Afghanistan withdrawal. To this day, Kamala Harris has never mentioned these fallen soldiers’ names. President Trump will never forget them.
