1,053 RVs. Their prior poll against Biden had Trump ahead only two points at the same time other pollsters had Trump ahead 5 to 8 points. And if you need further reason to be skeptical of this new poll, take a look at the numbers they claim for the Governor’s race:

The question naturally arises around the impact of Kennedy’s forthcoming departure from the race. Here are the data from battleground states from pollsters who asked voters both with others, including RFK, and also asked about just Trump vs. Harris alone.
The toplines are ignored and the numbers below show either “even” meaning the result was the same with or without Kennedy, and the positive numbers (+2 for instance) indicate Trump did BETTER in the head-to-head, while the negative numbers (-1 for instance) indicate Trump did WORSE in the head-to-head.
Then I show the average for each state:
PA: even, +1, -2, +1, even, +4, even, +2, even, +2 (AVG: +1.14)
MI: -1, +1, -2, -1, +1, +1, +1, even, -2 (AVG: -0.22)
WI: even, +1, +1, +1, +2, even, +2, even, -3, +1, +1 (AVG: +0.55)
GA: even, +1, even, -2, even, -2, -1, -1 (AVG: -0.63)
AZ: +2, +2, -1, +2, +2 (AVG: +1.4)
NV: -2, -1, -2, -2 (AVG: -1.75)
NC: +2, +1, even, +1, +1 (AVG: +1.0)
Overall this is good news. NC, PA and AZ are all improved by more than 1 point. And these are states that still at least tilt toward Trump even with Harris enthusiasm at a high.
GA and NV are worse off, but these are states where Trump has held up the best since Harris took over for Biden, and so a little slippage can be absorbed.
WI is an insurance state, as it truly could go either way, but gaining a tiny bit with Kennedy’s departure could make the difference.
Key to all of this is the fact that Kennedy is not just expected to drop out, but to drop and ENDORSE Trump.
