I’d like to add: a poll came out that Miami-Dade is apparently easily in Harris’ column. Some Florida polls have suggested the top-ballot races are within 4-6 points. This is Miami right now. In 2022 primary – it was D+12.69%!! It’s now only D+~5%. Maybe all the Harris voters are just waiting for November. Who knows.

Kamala Harris bragged about casting the tie-breaking vote for the bill that allowed the IRS to crack down on service workers tips. Now she’s adopting Trump’s ‘no tax on tips’ proposal. Will she admit that her vote was a mistake and the IRA was bad for America?

The fundamental Trump is still there, —-longwinded, meandering speaker with an overwhelming ability to charm his audience and base but no other—and no self-censoring mechanism at all.

The fundamentals work in Trump’s favor.

Trump is working in Harris’ favor.

It is going to be close and America’s future is at stake. But Trump simply is his own worst enemy and does not seem able to stop himself from sabotaging his own election.

And it is said to watch.

  38. I have watched the CNN interview with Dana whatever her name is and JD Vance. He was actually extremely good. She was nothing more than a mouthpiece for the Komrade Kamala campaign, holy crap. How can she call herself a journalist. A journalist is supposed to be unbiased. She was obviously biased and a liberal. It’s insane.

With that said, JD Vance impressed me. I have to say my view of him is changing by the day. he’s doing a much better job than I ever thought he would.

  39. I hope that Trump won’t be as vindictive as he sounds like he will be.

    Like

  40. For him to go into three different interviews, with openly hostile “journalists” looking for gotcha question and not once talking about policy issues, instead only worried if Trump questions how black Komrade Kamala was, impressed me. He handled them, and even pushed back when Communist News Network Dana Bash said there were no “media lies”…there have been non-stop media lies and he didn’t let her get away with it. Kudos to him.

  41. Paul, his vindication will be winning. TBH, he’s going to be too busy running the country to worry about being vindictive, and there are enough Republicans in both the House and Senate who will hold him to the fire because they know he’s done after this election and they worry about their future.

You have to realize, two years into this Presidency he’s effectively a lame duck and will be lucky to get anything done or passed.

There was a period in American history, from 1828 until 1860, and then 1876 until 1896 where there were a series of one term Presidents, where power lied within the Congress rather than the White House. I think you will see a lot of that in the second Trump administration. He can only do so much via executive order, and I think he will work more with Congress.

To be honest, its the best thing for him, it will ensure he has a check that will only help him be a better President.

I expect his Presidency to be a very good one, which is why I hope he wins. The ramifications of a Komrade Harris win are hard to fathom.

  52. I think if Trump wins the presidency he will be a more savvy and disciplined one. He has been through such a gauntlet of ill will and mistakes of his own that the learning curve will be less steep in understanding and getting along with the rigors of DC politics. Policy wise, he knows what he wants to get done, and will have a better likelihood of achieving his goals, especially with a more cooperative Congress.

Texas A&M used to be an all-male military school and upon graduation, a cadet was commissioned as an officer in one of the branches of the armed forces.

The cadets at A&M generally thought that the service academies were for wimps. As a matter of fact, during World War II, Texas A&M graduated more officers than the US Military Academy and the US Naval Academy combined.

It bugs me when guys reach the same rank by serving once a month for two days and two weeks in the summer as active duty members. My grandfather retired an E-8 and was active duty. He would have punched someone like Walz in the face for bailing on his unit and then saying he went to war…on multiple occasions. As someone who also served active duty, and then in other ways, it makes my stomach sick. Sh*t…at least Kerry went to Vietnam (talking about swiftbioating)

I”n the years after that classroom, I had the privilege of serving in this state’s [N[ational [G]uard. I stood one night in the dark of night on the tarmac at Bagram Air Base in Iraq and watched a military ramp ceremony–a soldier’s body being loaded onto a plane to be returned home. And if you’ve seen it, you don’t leave the same. It makes you wonder, what are we doing? What are we trying to get to? And then watching as all of you have been, the confusing last few weeks with the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan.”

This is a quote from his book.

    More stolen valor.

The Bagram is in Iraq is just a mistake, ok.

But he is implying he was at Bagram as a National Guardsman. He wasn’t. He went to Bagram as a congressman as part of of a congressional delegation.

I like bear meat but you have to know how to cook it (needs to be boiled first or it tastes like sh-t)

I am too lazy to hunt bears.

    Black Bear

    • Firearms Statewide: November 23, Sunday November 24, and November 25 – 26

The season is very limited, and there are like 300k a-holes out there trying to hunt a bear.

The odds of actually finding one in that short a span are low unless you are willing to go up to northern counties like Tioga where they are more plentiful. But only about 1% of license holders get one. Still, in 2023 bears were harvested in 58/67 PA counties.

The Olympics are over. It was fun watching badminton and table tennis and archery while I worked.

The US won women’s basketball gold by one point. Had the French player not stepped on the 3 pt line when she made a basket with 0 seconds to go the game would have gone to overtime. That was the 8th gold in a row in women’s basketball and 61 game winning streak.

That gold was needed to tie China in the gold medal count and give the US the overall win because it has more total medals.

Ok, now that you bastards have been schooled on bears and the Olympics, GFYs.
