I expect that President Trump will not say Joe Biden’s name during any part of his speech tonight. Instead, President Trump will simply prosecute the case against the failed policies of Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, and the Squad. Next, he will offer his view of a resurgent America and explain precisely how and his administration will accomplish the mission.
In my opinion, he will win in November by a margin sufficient enough to impact a few margin of error Senate races and provide the GOP with somewhere in the vicinity of 52-54 Senate seats. The GOP lead in the House will expand, but it’s too early to tell by how much.
More on all that later as we get closer to actual vote counting.

Twenty years ago, he worked for the WSJ. He was routinely solid then, but is not infallible in his prognostications e.g. Katie Britt for VP. My favorite observation of his was in 2000, when he said “If George W. Bush becomes president, the armies of the homeless, hundreds of thousands strong, will once again be used to illustrate the opposition’s arguments about welfare, the economy, and taxation.” He noted that the press conveniently ignored homelessness during the Clinton Administration.
